At Higante, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for size and defective items within 5 days of the original purchase. Below are the details of our exchange policy:

• The items must not have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item.
• Our team will assist you with the process and provide you with an exchange authorization code.
• Once you have the authorization code, you can send the item back to us, and we will process the exchange.

Availability of Size:

• Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock.
• If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for an exchange.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

• Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check for eligibility.

Exchange Time Frame:
